The North Pole Express Terms & Conditions

The below applies specifically to The North Pole Express 2019 and by ticking the box agreeing to the Terms and Conditions when booking you understand the following:

Cancellations

For the North Pole Express a cancellation/alteration of a booking requires an administration fee of £1.00 to ensure your request. Please visit the Digitickets homepage where there is an option to purchase a "NPE Booking Alteration/Cancellation" ticket HERE. A discount code will be sent for the value of the booking within seven working days. 

In the event that the event is cancelled by the Plym Valley Railway, staff will make contact to attempt to transfer or refund tickets.

Changing a Service

If you would like to transfer the ticket to another service there is a £1 administration fee. If you have created an account with us please complete the following on the ticket booking site:

Select the My Account Option (2nd image)

In Order History select your tickets, organised by purchase date.


Select 'Change Date/ Time'

Re-select your desired service

Press Checkout

Purchase the 1.00 Administration Fee.

Your change is complete.

If you did not create an account or paid cash please visit the booking site where there is an option to purchase a "NPE Booking Alteration/Cancellation" ticket. The Plym Valley Railway reserve the right to invalidate any tickets that are deemed to have been transferred unofficially and reserve the right to request photographic ID of ticket holders.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

On the Day of Travel

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out at least 30 minutes before the time of departure to ensure you are ready to board the train.
